Booth Details

A 8 ft. x 10 ft. booth, with pipe and drape, includes 6 ft. x 30 in. table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a 500 watt electrical outlet.

Booth Assignment

Booth assignment is based on, in order of priority*, date of receipt of contract and payment, and proximity to competitive or conflicting organizations. Be sure to indicate your first, second, third, and fourth choices.

* Conference Sponsors and Corporate Members receive priority booth selection.

No space can be held without payment. Early reservations are encouraged. Confirmation of booth reservations will be made promptly. Booth numbers will not be finalized until September. We reserve the right to change booth assignment at our discretion in order to maximize positioning for all exhibitors. Registrations received after 9/19/26 may not receive a sign or other printed materials.

Name Badges

Booth reservation includes badges for two booth attendees. Names and contact information will be collected at a later date. Additional booth attendee badges can be purchased for $150 each.

Cancellations

If Vendor is not able to attend the 2026 Pacific Northwest Veterinary Conference, Vendor may be entitled to a refund on the following schedule. If the conference has to become a virtual conference you can move your booth to the virtual platform, hold the funds over to 2026, or receive a refund.

* August 1 — If written cancellation is received by August 1, 2026, and if booth space is resold, Vendor is entitled to a 50% refund.

* September 1 — If Vendor cancels after September 1, 2026, Vendor will not receive a refund.
